Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: September 2, 2026
Welcome to Sree Themes. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when you visit sreethemes.com or purchase and use our WordPress website design and related services.
By using our website or hiring Sree Themes for a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. About Our Services
Sree Themes provides WordPress website design and related web services for businesses, organizations, and individuals.
Our services may include:
- WordPress website design
- WordPress website redesign
- Elementor website design
- WooCommerce development
- Responsive website design
- WordPress maintenance and support
- Website customization
- Website updates and improvements
- Other website related services agreed with the client
The exact services included in a project will depend on the package, quote, or written agreement between Sree Themes and the client.
2. Project Requirements
Before starting a project, we may ask you to provide information, content, images, logos, brand guidelines, website access, or other materials needed to complete the work.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and the materials required for your project.
Delays in providing required content, access, feedback, or approvals may affect the project timeline.
3. Website Content
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, the client is responsible for providing the final business information, text, images, logos, product details, and other content required for the website.
You must have the necessary rights or permissions to use any content you provide to us.
Sree Themes is not responsible for copyright or ownership issues related to content supplied by the client.
4. Design & Revisions
We aim to create the website according to the agreed project requirements.
The number of revisions included in a project may depend on the selected package or individual agreement.
Requests that significantly change the original project scope may require additional time or charges.
Examples may include:
- Adding new pages beyond the agreed scope
- Adding new website functionality
- Changing the approved design direction
- Adding new integrations
- Major content changes after approval
Any additional work will be discussed with the client before it is carried out.
5. Project Timeline
We will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeframe provided to the client.
The final delivery date may change due to factors such as:
- Delayed client feedback
- Missing content
- Delayed approvals
- Third party services
- Additional requirements
- Changes to the project scope
- Technical issues outside our control
A project timeline should therefore be treated as an estimate unless a specific delivery date has been agreed in writing.
6. Payments
Project pricing will be provided through the selected package, quotation, or individual agreement.
Depending on the project, an upfront payment may be required before work begins.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Sree Themes may pause work or withhold final website delivery if an outstanding payment remains unpaid.
7. Additional Work
Work outside the agreed project scope may be charged separately.
Before starting significant additional work, we will communicate the additional requirements and applicable charges to the client.
8. Third Party Services
A website may require third party services such as:
- Web hosting
- Domain registration
- Premium WordPress themes
- Premium plugins
- Payment gateways
- Email services
- Analytics tools
- Other external platforms
Third party services may have their own fees, terms, restrictions, and renewal costs.
Unless specifically included in your package, these costs are the responsibility of the client.
Sree Themes is not responsible for changes, downtime, pricing, limitations, or failures caused by third party services.
9. Domain & Hosting
If domain registration or hosting is part of your project, the exact terms will depend on the selected package or agreement.
Where the client purchases hosting or domain services directly, the client remains responsible for maintaining those accounts and their renewal payments.
10. Website Launch
A website may be launched after the agreed work has been completed and the client has approved the final version.
Once the website has been approved and launched, additional changes or new features may be treated as separate work depending on the request.
11. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate project information
- Provide required content and materials
- Provide necessary website access when required
- Review designs and content within a reasonable timeframe
- Provide clear feedback
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Ensure that supplied content does not violate applicable laws or third party rights
12. Website Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed, the client receives the agreed website files, design, and content after the project has been completed and all outstanding payments have been paid.
Third party themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, software, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
13. Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed with the client, Sree Themes may display completed website projects in its portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials to demonstrate its work.
If you do not want your project to be displayed publicly, please discuss this with us before the project is completed.
14. Website Maintenance
Website maintenance and support are provided only when included in the selected package or purchased separately.
Maintenance may include updates, minor fixes, troubleshooting, and other agreed tasks.
Maintenance does not automatically include major redesigns, new functionality, content creation, or extensive development work unless specifically agreed.
15. Website Security
We take reasonable steps to build and maintain websites using appropriate WordPress practices.
However, no website can be guaranteed to be completely protected from hacking, malware, server problems, plugin vulnerabilities, or other online threats.
We cannot be held responsible for security issues caused by third party hosting, plugins, themes, outdated software, compromised accounts, or actions outside our control.
16. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund and cancellation terms will depend on the project agreement and the stage of work completed.
Because website design involves time, planning, development, and custom work, payments for completed work may not be refundable.
If you wish to cancel a project, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the project status and applicable terms.
17. No Guarantee of Business Results
We build websites to support your business and online presence. However, we do not guarantee specific business results such as:
- A specific Google ranking
- A specific amount of website traffic
- A specific number of leads
- A specific number of sales
- A specific level of revenue
Search rankings, traffic, conversions, and sales can depend on many factors outside the control of Sree Themes.
18. Limitation of Liability
Sree Themes will not be responsible for indirect or unexpected losses resulting from the use of our website or services where permitted by applicable law.
This may include loss of profits, business opportunities, data, revenue, or other consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
19. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or services for activities that are unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or that violate the rights of others.
We may refuse or discontinue services where necessary to protect our business, staff, clients, systems, or other parties.
20. Changes to Our Services
Sree Themes may update, change, or discontinue website features or services from time to time.
Changes to an active client project will be handled according to the agreed project requirements and communication with the client.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, business practices, or legal requirements change.
The updated version will be published on this page with a new Last Updated date.
